When I was asked on a career panel at my alma mater UC Berkeley (Go Bears!) what was the secret to my success, I said "I'm not married, have no kids, no pets and no plants." Unfortunate as that may be, my proven track record does speak for itself. Armed with a non-stop work ethic and glittering personality, my foray into the real estate market garnered me awards for Top Listing Agent, Rookie of the Year, Top Producer and President's Club several times over. Back when I was just 27, I was already ranked in the top 3% of all 7000 agents in the region (ranked #207 out of 7000 Realtors). My clients range from Fortune 500 CEO's, UC Berkeley professors, investors from Asia, to Gen X/Y first time buyers. I serve all walks of life but each client seeks me out because of my interpersonal skills, sterling reputation and my tech savvy. (ipad2, Docusign, social media, QR codes... I may sound like a nerd but technology sells real estate now. Just ask my 35,000 facebook & twitter followers!).

My good old fashion integrity, top notch customer service and oodles of experience go a long way... I suppose being born into a family of realtors and investors didn't hurt either. I spent quite a few weekends at open houses as a kid.
